Unfortunately my low coolant light is stuck on. I have unplugged the sensor, cleaned the sensor.. and have undone the battery.. why wont the light go off?

If the sensor is unplugged then the light would be off. Are you sure you unplugged the right thing? On the passenger side of the radiator, maybe half-way down? If so then I'm stumped, but didn't want to leave you with no responses at all...

I wouldn't think that would matter, it was in the same place on both of my 96 LT1 cars and on my 99 LS1 car. You cannot really see it too good but can feel it pretty easy to unplug it.
