GMMG (and others) Exhaust ?'s LONG!!!

I have a 3" ORY on my GMMG and I don't think it's that loud. There are MUCH gnarlier set-ups in my area that make mine sound like a hybrid. But again, my car has stock internals and that contributes a lot to it's lower noise level.

I think my GMMG flows well..
When I had my cam installed I was running a 3" TD set up (O/R H and 1 Chambers) car mayde 415/378 CAM ONLY (228/232)
Then I went back to my 85mm MAF and 42# injectors tuned, by this time I had switched to my GMMG c/b (see sig for exhaust set up) and with the same cam, car made 419/382

I think he's talking about a non-adjustable kind that doesn't have the same tips with the cut-out in it. If it doesn't have the cutout at all it would have to go through the muffler and it should be quieter. Wait; I didn't know Borla made that kit non-adjustable...lol

I love the sound of my dual/dual and it flows very well. I picked up very little with my cutout open on the dyno.
Brandon, the non-adjustable Borla flows throught the muffler. There is no cutout in it. My Dad has it on his SS with stock manifolds and it sounds amazing.

fwiw, and i can't verify this with dyno numbers yet, they said in their experience a flowmaster will eat more power than a set of cats.

wow. I'm interested in seeing what it is. I have true dual magnaflows without cats, running 2.75" pipe from the manifolds to the mufflers to the tips on my C10. Sounds pretty good, but I think the camaro sounds better.
