Does anyone make a 3 step?

I dont want to lift between shifts and a two step will keep the turbo fully spooled and is easier on the rest of the drivetrain parts when used off a clutch pedal switch. The problem is I will need the third step to be adjustable for dialing in lauches since the clutch activated step will be around 6200 rpms and the button over ride step for the launch will be variable depending on track conditions.
I don't know if they are a sponsor here, but I know N2mb makes a wot box (has 2-step and no lift shift built in) also a nitrous controller add-on
