High idle while rolling

High idle while rolling My car has been idling high when i throw in the clutch about 1200 to 2000 rpms.sometimes it will drop down to 700 like it's supposed to and it only idles high while the cars in motion it drops down to 700 as soon as i come to a complete stop.Any ideas?
and no i havent done anything to the car recently.and the car has full bolt-ons.No tune.

Mine was doing this a week ago and I checked the vacuum ose for the pcv that goes inbetween the pcv and the intake and it was dry rotted. Replaced the hose and no problems. BUT since you have the ls6 intake, then idk if its the same setup.
