Ported TB? Bad gas mileage?
Ported TB? Bad gas mileage? Ported the throttle body on my 05' CTS-V about 2 weeks ago, turned out real nice. Since then, I can tell throttle response is greatly improved, and I say the car just feel more responsive?? Now. Not sure about any power increases. Although, now my gas mileage has gone to ****! Ide say a good 5mpg's down. And not the exhaust pops inbetween shifts, which it didn't before.
Just wondering if this is a tune issue? Didn't know something so small could cause all this. Lol
