Default Lowest Resistance LS1 Plug Wire Question

I am getting close to finish assembly of my Warhawk 454 (naturally aspirated, 11.3 to 1, Perf Ind 285 heads, direct port NOS). This is going in a 69 Camaro and will see limited street use. The car has no radio/stereo components ( I will just use my ipod if I want music)....now my question: I was going to buy the traditional MSD LS1/LS6 spiral wires (40-50k ohms resistance).....since I am not concerned with radio noise suppresion, is there another lower resistance wire option? I am trying to find extra horsepower and have yet to find an ignition combination that delivers. Does wire resistance lower than 40-50 ohms even matter? BTW, I already have MSD LS7 coils....I haven't locked in on spark plugs yet either...suggestions appreciated...thanks

I also read where some builders use a crank ignition system on the LS1....does this deliver more power or is it just for reliabilty/consistency?

The first thing you should do is sell the MSD coils and buy OEM coils.
Granetelli sells 0 Ohm wires... I've never used them though.

ls1 plug wires are less than a foot long lol... imo just buy a set of msd or oem, eitherway there wont be any gains from it. I agree with Firehawk44, sell the msd coils... MSD quality has gone down over the years, oem works!
