I have a 98 SS anyone know if this will fit under my stock hood?

Pretty sure it won't clear the stock hood.. Even with a aftermarket hood, you would still have to butcher the windshield cowling to make it fit.

Yes it will clear your stock hood with trimming. It will not clear your firewall cowl though. Requires some trimming. Also gotta lose the wipers. Totally worth it!

i really dont thank it will clear the stock hood and you have to cut the wiper cowl. heres some pics of one on my car.

before i cut the complet cowl
