Default Lq9+l92 heads what cam?????
Just picked up an LQ9 and a set of L92 heads; also i have a ported LS3 intake with a FAST 92mm TB. My question is what would be a good cam choice for this motor? Should it be a custom grind cam? Would it be possible to reach the 500 hp N/A mark with this motor with the right cam?

You should have to try NOT to make 500HP with that shortblock and head combo.

Whats the motor going in and whats it going to be used for?

Its going into a 64 Malibu that will be seeing pro-touring tracks on the weekends. This motor will get beat up from time to time.
