Honestly Ryan, the converters you'll end up getting will outflow your stock cats considerably. The loss in power is minimal ~ say 5hp. Nothing noticable, and it'll keep that nasty rasp away. Of course I don't think you're going with a loudmouth, but even with duals with bullits or whatever, it'll get that nasty whap whap whap that we all dislike.
I was going with the cheap Pacesetters, but i'm starting to look elsewhere. I might go with Hooker and get a set of Random Tech cats or Magnaflows to just weld into the Hooker offroad pipe.
The QTP's look great though, but you also can't go wrong with the FLP's. Just for the price, you could save some money for a cam and whatnot.

If you have the cash, Go with SLP LT, Borla ORY, and Full ADJ EX, no cats and run no restrictor. Its sounds bad *** with or with out the cats, made a lot of power, only draw back is, the LT's and ORY hang really low, you will scrape with a low car. But i love the crap out of the setup.
