Default Which is better ls6 or ls2 intake

I just picked up a good deal on a fast 90mm tb, now looking for the most cost affective intake, I've been looking around and finding that ls6 intakes are only 78mm, but the ls2 intakes have 90mm openings anybody have experience with this or any input

LS6 flows better than LS2, but LS2 has the 90mm TB. Find a used Fast 90/92, or a ported LS2 intake.

The answer depends on what you mean by "everything." LS!, LS2, and LS6 intake manifolds are interchangeable in terms of bolting to any one of the three motors. The throttle bodies are not the same size and not insterchangeable in terms of bolt patterns. Finally, the fuel rails are not interchangeable, but can be adapted in some cases.

The LS2 OEM fuel rail was a direct substitute for my LS6 fuel rail in terms of fuel fittings, so I believe it is also a direct substiute for an LS1.
