does anyone on here have flowtech LT's, did u have problems with the 3 bolt collector system leaking, if so did the aluminum gaskets seem to fix the problem?

I had flowtech's. They leaked from day one. The head flange was't true. They hadn't been planed and were warped. The collectors leaked over time at the crotch and weren't repairable. The collector flanges also leaked. How did I fix them? Threw them in the trash and bought Pacesetters.

i have them. no leaks, no problems with the 3 bolt flanges so far..been almost like 5 months or so. quality seems fine. fitment was alright. i do think the 3 bolt flanges r bad..use slip fit or jst weld the y with the headers. i cant complain for the price AND they are stainless. just make sure u use new gm MLS. i dont recommend re-using ur old. i did it and it leaked! bought new gaskets and everything is fine gd luck with yours.

I had a set. complete garbage. Leaked from day one. Same as above. Header flange wasnt true. leaked around the collector. just lousy cheap headers. You may have better luck. atleast I hope you do!

I've got flowtechs they've been on there for a couple years and down next to the oil filter i've got a leak you can feel exhaust blowing on your hand and we had to notch something it'll rattled like hell. I couldn't take it so i took it to a muffler shop and told em to notch whatever it was rubbing. And my flanges are cut off and a y pipe slid over and welded.

I would sell them for $100 to avoid the hassle!
