Default FIPK question (Part #s and metal thickness)

I'm looking to make my own radiator shroud. Going to get it made out of Stainless, but what thickness would this be? 12, 14 ga?

What's the filter p/n? Does the ducting come with that and if not, what ducting can be used for this? Where do I get this Fernco ducting I keep hearing about? What is the rough size of the filter inlet? 80mm? I'll need a filter with about a 90mm inlet.

^ Cool. Thanks.

I was going to get the rad cover made locally, but with parts and labor it will easily crest $100. I can get it online for that.
