Default volts surging alternator going?

i have a 2002 camaro cam and boltons i have underdrive pulleys but not the alternator pulley this is the first time in six years i notice this so i dont think its the underdrives what do u guys think?

Voltage regulator problem, most likely. = Alt. I wish we could replace guts like we used to. Used to cost ~$40 to rebuild an alternator.
