Default Is it worth it to get the 02' fuel rails and injectors with an LS6 intake?

I am going to buy an LS6 Intake and TS&P has them available with 02' fuel rails and 28.8 # injectors.

Is it worth the extra $65 for them?

That sounds pretty reasonable but don't the 98s already have those injectors?
Someone will probably chime in.

I was thinking that. But the way i figured, it might be good to have brand new ones instead of my 6 year old ones with 71,000 miles. Plus I can get the rail painted or chromed.

i personally wouldnt spend the extra money. 98's have 28.6# injectors anyway and the fuel/injector system has never been a restriction on the ls1 unless your running alot of n2o or FI

i dont know the cost of new injectors but they are are not needed for your setup the way it is now. but at 60 bucks its not a bad price so get them if you want.

Go price one new injector at a dealer. $65 for 8 new injectors is dirt cheap. I don't think you can get 8 used injectors professionally cleaned and flowed for that.
