How do you get the MAP sensor out?

Default How do you get the MAP sensor out?
How the hell does this thing come out? Ive tried everything short of breaking it off Surley it can be replaced, right?

It has 2 tabs, you just spread the tabs a little and pull it straight up. Its only held in by a little grommet and the tabs really arent that tight..
