Default SLP LS6 EGR Fitting?

I will be disconnecting the brass ring on my LS6 intake when I put a stock exhaust back on my car. I know these things can leak after taking them on and off. Does anyone know if someone makes a replacement fitting or sells a better EGR connection anymore? I heard that Lingenfelter did at one time, but doesn't any longer. I'm sure quite a few people on here have had leaks, so what have you done..aside from an EGR delete?

TTT. Maybe I'd be better off posting this in the CA regional section. I'm sure most of you guys who don't live in the **** state just delete the stupid thing lol.

I was afraid of that. I'm taking it off because I'm using a different EGR bracket from a 2000 car, so I can use their better exhaust manifolds, instead of the 98's.

Thanks for the link. So no one knows of anyone that currently sells EGR adapters for the LS6 manifold? I just don't see a great way to fab one up if it leaks. I might have to put in on and if it leaks, tape it up. Just probably wont look great and the smog guy might give me crap for it here in ca.
