I know when this mod was becoming popular, if you got the wrong size you risked breaking the tab's on your lid. Make sure the lid is able to flex a little.

For sure bro. My buddy's lid won't close at all nor will the clamps clamp down and lock. Won't know for sure how mine will turn out until I get everything in place.

I know when I had it on my 98, if I looked at the lid wrong with clamps would pop. I ended up going back to the stock accordion baffle. For the 02, I got on ebay and got a bellow for 10 bucks I think.
