need help to see if this an LS6 intake!!

he guys, i need your help pretty quickly!! i'm bidding on an intake on ebay with a casting number of 12560688 with fuel rails and injectors. the guy selling it says it's off a 2001 T/A, but from what i can tell in the picture, it had a hole for the EGR. i thought 01-02 f-body intakes were all LS6 and didn't have provisions for EGR? i'm confused and if it is an LS6, no one overbid me, PLEASE!!

If it truley has a hole in the location where the EGR normally hooks up it is a LS1 intake, can you verify from the picture that it indeed is portedfor the EGR? because the area surrounding the EGR port is simular in appearence on both intakes. Hope this helps.

Cant tell by that pic. But i know there is only one day left but i will go for well over $300, they always do. Ebay is not good for ANY ls1 parts. Our FS section is cheaper 99% of the time

Thats diffenetly an ls1 intake. The reason I say this is because I can see the threaded insert where the egr hose plate bolts to.

That casting number is a LS1, not the LS6 style.

The Stock 2001-2002 F-body LS6 intake is 12561184.

The Z06 LS6 intake is 12573572.

Seems like I've posted this alot lately.

thanks alot guys, i almost bid on it again. i didn't think it was an LS6 intake, but i wasn't real sure. him saying it was off an 01 threw me. thanks, Jess
