Can you rate the sound, 1-10 with Stock=1 and Loudmouth=10
Loudness=?
Sound=?

Sorry for the question but I have never heard the Loudmouth on a stock car and its way too loud with headers and no cats

sound quality is poor. sounds a little less raspy as the loud mouth. but it still has that annoying drone to it. If it is cheeper then the loudmouth then i think its a good deal. Tips look nice on the T/A too.

I think its sounds good too. Not too loud. Do you have any better pics of the setup, its hard to make out what the oval tips look like on your website.

We have more pics in the sponsors section, and the sound clip does sound kind of crappy when downloaded. Let me try to find a better camera to take clips with

For the love of marketing, please post another/better soundclip. I'm sure the system sounds better than that. Delete this thread!

just wanted to add my .02. I am the owner of the Trans Am, and you guys badmouthing this catback should fly down and hear it.....If I could I would come to you....this is the best sounding catback I have heard on ANY LS1. The catback has an incredibly deep tone to it, and it doesnt have any of the drone someone spoke about. The video clip isnt the greatest, but how many people base their purchase of a catback on a video clip???? Im sure you heard in person first. Give it time and let more people get the system, and take the time to listen to it. Hell, be a leader and buy your own. I have had more people check out my TA in the past week, than the entire time I have owned it, and everyone has nothing but good things to say about it. With how affordable it is, and with the exceptional sound & quality, it is sure to become a very popular catback.

For those comparing to a LoudMouth.....plain & simple, it sounds better in my opinion. I liked the loudmouth before, and even wanted to buy one. Now, I can't stand the LM and am very, very happy I waited for the Rumbler. It is much much deeper, less annoying at high rpms, does not have any rasp at all, however, I do still have cats. Cars with headers/ORY pipes, or just gutted cats should not get any rasp as well, due to the design of the system and the type of muffler used.

For a more realistic comparison.....I have a friend with a 2002 Z28 that is equipped with the SLP Loudmouth. A large group of people were around when we decided to see whose sounded better.....Everyone there liked the Rumbler better. The crowd has mixed about 50% Racers, 50% friends/family who just know the cars are fast/loud, if you know what I mean. Basically, what I'm saying is, people who drive LT1s/LS1s, also a mustang guy, and just normal people who are not into the cars as much all agreed it sounded GREAT. The owner himself, even stated he might think about selling his LM and opting for the rumbler.

All i can say is let the rumbler get out there on some more cars across the nation, and take the time to listen to it. You wont be let down.
