I have a set of lt1 fans on my blazer, they squeak if I let the truck sit a couple days, I have always just sprayed some white grease in there and it shuts them up. Been doing that about once a month since I bought the fans 5 years ago.

Thats the problem when your coolant temps are lowered the fans run alot.
The bearings are prolly worn, not many options there.
I know I used to drill the rear bearings out (dimple on the backside of fan case) on the older cooling fans, inject a little grease w/ a needle tip gun & reseal it w/silicone.
It worked like a charm.
Never tried it on the newer ones though.
