Default No spark and injectors aren't pulsing. Ideas?

Bought the car as a roller. Installed a built LQ9 with magnacharger. Used factory harness. ECM has been programmed for my setup. I'm not getting spark and the injectors aren't pulsing. I do have pressure at the rail. I've swapped the ignition relay and changed the crank sensor. The 3 wires that ground to the drivers side head were initially grounded to the block. I didn't think that was an issue, but I pulled the supercharger and swapped them to the head. Still no luck.

Is the security light on? It might be the VATS. Does the computer match the BCU?

Security light seems to be functioning properly. It comes on briefly when the key is first turned on then the light goes out. As far as I know, the computer is the original one from the car, so it should match. Is there an easy way to check?

If the engine is cranking but not firing, it's not the VATS. No ignition or injector signals may be caused by lack of or faulty signal from the crank or cam sensor. During cranking, the PCM pretty much ignores all other signals just to get the engine going.

^ Was gonna say that too. If the PCM doesn't see the engine cranking, pulse the injectors or energize the coils. (even though they're a ground switch)

After taking everything apart trying to figure out what I missed, I borrowed a different PCM and it fired right up. Didn't let it run because it wasn't tuned for my car. Tried my PCM again and it still doesn't fire, so it looks like i just have a bad PCM. Just ordered another on eBay and should have it in a few days.
