Problems with EDEL. Victor long tubes I just swapped my Macs/ory and Borla set up for Edelbrock Victor series long tubes and 3" X-pipe. The passenger side O2 reads ok but the driver side only reads 100-200 milivolts. That is really lean causing to much fuel enrichment on the driver bank covering the plugs in gas. What is making that O2 read so lean? I am so frustrated because the car runs ok above 2000 R's but won't idle, it just afterfires a lot!
If you just got the O2 sensor and you got it from someone local take it back for a new one. That reading usually means a bad sensor. With that reading though it should also not go into closed loop and stay in open loop which I think means that those sensors are not used and it is the other ones like temp, MAP, etc that set the fuel and timing. Double and triple check the complete wire path.

The headers come with the emissions crap loose in the box, so you can weld them on if you need them.
The header itself is not the problem. Switch the o2 to the other side & see if the problem follows, if so there is your culprit. Real simple.
