Well, it seems that people have different definition of what exactly is "bolt on".
Some say anything but internal and some will say cam/head is a bolt on.
But usually, it refers to Exhaust manifold/Catback/pulley/intake manifold (pre-01)/TB/MAF/Lid/gears/tires/oil pump...etc, anything that you could replace without going internally. But like I say, some people have different definition of it.
