Default FAST repair, epoxy needed?

I need to fix a runner on a FAST intake manifold, looks like it was over ported by the porter and filled with too much epoxy. The car makes a lot noise (whistling/rusty hinge) sound under throttle. The epoxy was not contoured to the runner, so I want to sand it down in the hopes it will eliminate the noise. What kind of epoxy is used on these manifolds? I want to have some on standby in the event I sand too much or have to make other repairs.
