Question Info on the Flowmaster d-port crossover for duals?

After searching for a while, I can only find a couple of threads with people who have used one. The crossover (part number 15933) is basically a h/x hybrid. Some have said it has the torque of an h crossover without sacrificing power on the top end. Would it really be worth it over an x for a bit better sound/torque?
