Jeff, the clutch never got hot until my final pass which I netted the 1.68 short time but missed 3rd. Definately would of been 12.3's. Fred

I first made a template of both intakes out of backer board for fitment and alignment. Then I went to the scrap yard and bought two sheets of stainless steel that were 3'x3' and cut and bent it to fit the templates out of cardboard. I cut all the sheets with a reciprocating saw with bi-metal bits and bent the peices on a bench vise with the aid of a hammer. A metal brake would have been really useful but I didn't have access to one at the time so it took a long time to bend stainless that thick.
You can make it with just simple hand tools like I did if you have patience and time, it's not too bad once you get the templates perfected. It's alot easier to cut and fit cardboard compared to metal
