Header and Intake install = success

Header and Intake install = success
I just did PS LT, ory and ls6 intake swap on my bird and it wasnt as bad as everyone made it out to be. I had a little trouble at first because I only had the front jacked up. Then a local guy on the forum came to the rescue with another pair of jack stands and once we got the back end in the air the headers slid right in with little grief. Only thing I had to take off was the passenger side heat shield.
Had the car in the air for about a week to do all this mainly because I was waiting on strap clamps and opsu, and no I didnt do motor mounts which Im now kicking myself in the *** for . Im going to springfield in the morning and getting a custom tune done so I hope every thing works out good.
The only prob Im having at the moment is the ory. Its right against the floor board with 0 room at all. I took everything back apart and tried adjusting it but it wasnt having it so I stuffed a exhaust U clamp between the ory and floorboard for a temp fix until I get in the exhaust shop to see what they can do.
Also I noticed I have a miss fire going on. It just doesnt seem like it firing on all 8 cylinders. I put new plugs in (NGK TR5) and wires but I didnt gap them. I left them at .040. Would you guys think that could be the causing the misfire. I know they are supposed to be gapped at .050-.060 but was just curious. Or if maybe its just in need of a tune really bad?
Sorry for the novel, but I thought I would share my experience with everyone.

I gap my tr55's at .055. I have done them at .040 and had a little hiccup but nothing major. Take em out and regap them, either that or your AF is out of whack now with the LT's. Orrrr you forgot to plug something in when you took off your manifold causing your AF to spike more than usual.

I would definitely double check the plug gap, and double check your plug wires! Make sure they are seated on the plug 100% and make sure you didn't yank the wire out of the boot or anything like that.
