Default How to remove vacuum ports from rear of intake?

I have a LS1 intake I need to throw back on my car but I need to clean the inside out real good. On the rear of the intake there are the ports for the power brakes and map sensor and something out. The assembly or whatever you want to call it spins and I can see an o ring in there.

How in the hell do I get that thing out without breaking it?

Thanks!

I am thinking I will destroy mine. I will just have to do some more cleaning with it in there.

shoot a bunch of starter fluid thru the intake, the plenum and the runners to get it as clean as you can, then dry with compressed air. That piece is a **** to mess with.

I am bringing a pressure washer to the party tonight. That should do the trick!
