Default DMH Problems, help?

Attempted to contact via email, no success.

My cutout quit working half way through the first year I bought it, id like to get it fixed before this season starts.

After not hearing from them I took matters into my own hands and dissembled the gearbox, the motor is seized up, solid, cant even turn it with a pair of vice grips on the end.

Anyone know if I can just get the motor somewhere? Or a good way to contact them?

......phone? I've called them a few times when I had to send mine back. Had to leave a message one time. Keep calling every now and then until someone picks up.

He has a good product but getting a hold of him is tough, that's my main complaint. I don't know if it's just him or what. I know it's tough to work in the shop and answer the phone for customers.

I understand, but ive been calling for the past 6 days in a row(multiple times a day), just keeps ringing, no answering machine, and have been emailing since august of last year......

Love the product, but its no good to me broken........

All I need is a replacement electric motor, and I DO NOT mind paying for it at this point, I just want it fixed, ASAP...

I heard nothing but great things about this company and its product, and it was a great product, until it stopped working...

It really does seem like a quality piece, it just up and quit.

Call in the AM, he is a tough guy to get ahold of, but stands behind is work. He really needs a secretary/receptionist to handle the service side, handle the calls, it would be so much better for everyone. He got me what I needed once I got thru to him, but it took quite a few times.

I've never had any issues getting a hold of him. I've installed atleast 8 of his cutouts with only one gearbox failure (motor came loose from the gearbox) which he quickly sent me out a new one within 2 days.
If the motor is just bad, he'll send you out a new gearbox/motor. the motor/gearbox is out sourced but he manufactures the cutout itself.

Forgot to update, talked with him friday, new gearbox is in the mail, completely free of charge, very nice guy to deal with once I got ahold of him.

Would do it all over again if I had to.
