Exclamation WTF is this on my TB/Intake!!

I was driving my LS1 FC around town as I noticed it wasn't idling very good.and it didn't respond as it used to a few days prior.I pulled the TB in hope is would be a dirty etc.
*Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics*

What I found was this-
Brown fluid,smells like gas/oil
Intake-

TB-

Anyone seen this before? Anyone had this problem?
I pulled my valve covers, and everything looked normal.oil looked normal.coolant also looked normal.

It's ls1/t56
With a few mods
Recent oil change

Thanks.

Looks like the coolant / oil milkshake, but it is a little hard to tell from the pictures.

did you crush a bunch of cockroaches when you installed it?

check your oil and coolant make sure it isn't mixing there.. looks like moisture got into the intake and you probably already had oil in it.

My intake setup goes to the passenger side, right behind the pass fog light.
I had a leaky gasket,I fixed that.I filled my radiator this morning,I'm not sure but I suspect there looks to be some traces of oil,I will verify that.

Will a leaky gasket cause this? My oil is fine tho.

Thanks for the help so far guys

More than likely its just condensation build up mixing with the oil causes that mess, Your oil cap probably has it too. Good luck

its not uncommon to have that under your oil cap, usually just condensation, suprised it made it there but its not impossible, make sure your oil looks fine,i would just change the oil for peace of mind and check the radiator fluid again,it is more common in vehicles that are started and shut off before warming up fully.

I was chasing gremlins of running lean for a long time and I happen to take the TB off to clean it up one day and found that. Found out the gasket was leaking and looked like that and that was why I would randomly run lean. I'd change the gasket as I bet somewhere up in that corner it's crushed flat...

Check your PVC system, that is the area where the freash air comes in to the system. May be something clogged in the PVC system or put on backwards. Thats my guess.

yea I've had it in my oil cap too. as long as the oil is completely clean and theres no 'mystery' loss of coolant I'm not too worried.
