Default Assistance with 102mm Intake Build

I bought a 102mm FAST intake from another member for $700, which now requires that I move forward with my intake build. I would like some help ensuring that I purchase everything necessary for the build.

FAST LSXr 102mm Intake (Purchased but needs to be Momofied)
FTP 104mm Air Lid
NW 92mm TB (Vengence Ported)
FAST LSXrt Manifod Hardware Kit (Not sure if the intake will have hardware)
LSXr Fuel Rail Kit (OEM)
New Intake Port Seals

I am not going with the 102mm TB for two reasons. One, my tuning shop suggested the 92 because of the problems they have been having with the 102's. Secondly, I have stock cam and heads. Additionaly, I am not buying an MAF because the shop is going to do an SD tune. I know I also need a bellow to run between the lid and TB. Does anyone know what size and where I can find a bellow to run between this setup? If I am forgetting anything please let me know. Thanks for your help.

You are in Pensacola huh? I am suppose to get stationed there in June for CTR training. At the moment, I am stationed at NSA New Orleans.

As for the setup, I have no idea. I am not really worried about how much power I pick-up right now as much as I am preparing for heads and cam in the future. If I had to take a guess I would say a possible 20 rwhp. Ill see if I can schedule a dyno before I do the swap.

http://intakehoses.com/

It might be a 4" on the TB and 4.5" on the lid. Not sure though. I have a 4" on my FTP 98mm lid that fits.

I have yet to calculate the total cost but I will give it a shot.

FAST LSXr 102mm Intake - $700
NW 92mm TB (Cable Driven) - $370
FTP 104mm Lid - $170
New Intake Port Seals - $24.31
LSXr OEM Fuel Rail Kit - $238.19
LSXrt Manifold Hardware Kit - $112.66
Silicone 4" to 4.5" Hose - $18.78
Thunder Racing Dyno Tune - $500.00

Optional:

Thunder Racing Intake Installation - $450
Tony Mom Porting - $500
Vengence P&P TB Service - $125

This information is not taking military discount into consideration. Also, you can find many of these parts for much less that the prices I quoted. If you take every option and buy straight from the manufacturer without military discount, I would be looking at $3,208.94. No cheap by any means.

That is the first thing I ask about when I buy car parts. By the way, thank you for the information about the intake hose Bayer-Z28. Would you suggest a 4" to 4.25" or a 4" to 4.5" inch? Additionally, how long does the hose need to be to run from the lid to the TB?

I looked up the information on a conversion site and found that the 92mm TB equates to 3.622 inches and 104mm equates to 4.094 inches. Does the mm value take into consideration the extra diameter caused by the additional material surrounding the opening?

No offense but I run a Nick Williams 107mm on a FAST opened up to 107mm and Ed got it tuned dead nuts. More than your build needs but people are tuning the 102 just fine.

Just my $.02
