whats the easiest/ cheapest way to get rid of my rev/ speed limiter on my 99 z28 auto ???????

Pay someone that has EFILive or HPTuners to change it.

Your PCM should be set to cut fuel at 6200 RPMs and your top speed should be set at 160 MPH OEM.

nope its like 4000 rpms and 110 - 115 mph on my z28, heard this happened if it didnt come with z rated tires or something like that from the factory. Anybody in Fort collins/ Denver area reputable?

If it's shutting down at 4000 RPMs through all of the gears you have something else going on.

Correct it was limited if you didn't have tires. You can set it with new tune. I beleive mine is at 255 now . Hahaha!

True. If the car came w/o Z rated tires, it was speed limited to 118 I think.

wow, this is new to me, i never heard this before, i would be pissed if my car cut out at 110, that's normal driving for me lol

Like kenp said though, if it's not running past 4k RPM you have other issues.
