Default 2000 Formula won't start

Went to the store and when I came out the car wouldn't start. Got it towed back to the house. Removed starter, had it tested, and it works fine. Replaced Ignition relay and starter relay with fan 1 and 2 relays. Car still will not start. Lights do not dim when trying to start the car. Battery is new and fully charged. Where do I go from here?

Does the tach move when cranking? And check engine light?

I'm guessing it's turning over?

Can you hear the fuel pump/test the fuel pump relay?

tach does move. Engine will not crank. I can move the crank by hand with a socket. No check engine light. I can hear the fuel pump.

Next step sounds like checking all the fuses, grounds on the heads, check for power to the injectors and coils.

You could pull a plug and see if you have spark. Then check fuel pressure.

If there is a light on see about borrowing a scan tool of some sort to run the codes.
