p1153 code keeps coming up

Hey guys, I recently just installed QTP long tube headers and y pipe without cats and electric cutout. I had the car tuned with the cutouts closed and it was running great. About a month later it through a p1153 code (heated oxygen sensor- Bank 2 sensor 1 insufficient switching), I switch the front o2 sensor and cleared the codes and about three weeks later through the same p1153 code. Does anyone have any ideas that could help me?

its a common problem. do a search for 'p1153' and you'll see plenty on the topic
