Default Camaro will be down for a few days. Any ideas?

I'm sending my PCM to frost tomorrow and my 00 SS will just be sitting in my garage. I planned on giving her a nice detail (love zaino products btw), cleaning the MAF, port and polish the TB...anything else you guys would suggest for a nice tune-up and something to keep me occupied? I just put new plugs in when I did my LTs so that's out..

I have an M6 w/ LT Headers, Cat Back, SLP lid. Don't know if that matters but to save anyone from asking...

whats the bypass? and as far as free ram air mod I did not do anything, I thought that having ram air w/ an aftermarket lid was all you could do. I will def look into that...thanks for the response!

Free Ram Air

http://www.installuniversity.com/ins...sity/index.htm
Under AIR INDUCTION look for TB Bump Stop
Under COOLING SYSTEM look for TB By-Pass

https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...g-install.html
This is the BEST article for the TB Bump Stop written by a member here.. It worked great

Good luck and enjoy.. Post the results and pics when finished

Yeah man not a problem..

if you do the bump stop mod, make sure you use the one written by the member here.. And follow his instructions.. You want to be careful not to grind to much off the TB.. I cannot remember how many volts it is.. Just take your time and be careful

i don't know if the 2000 models have EGR or not , if you do, then you should pull the pipe from the intake and cut it down till it is only about 1 inch long into the intake

I do have EGR. But I just installed the BBK LTs so it will be eliminated. I don't know yet about removing it because between now and next April I have to pass a visual emmissions test in PA. It just has to look like its working technically. Kind of like the cats I want to hollow out and weld on the outside of my ORY to pass the visual...

My car was down all winter, so I did some maintenance work.
To give you ideas.

Check your trans fluid, maybe change it.
Grease the fittings you may have (Aftermarket parts)
Adjust E-Brake
Vacuum, wash windows

Etc etc..

If you have the extra doe laying around now would be a good time for an ls6 intake.

Some pictures after reassembly...I didn't get all the free mods done yet but the PCM is back from Frost and it feels like a whole new car! A+ to him. If anyone is questioning getting the mail order tune, it is def worth the money!
