Just order a block off plate and be done with it, thats what I did, seals fine, dont forget to get rid of the EGR also.

Take it off and get an EGR block off plate. It'll throw a light, but won't hurt anything. I ran with an EGR code for over a year.....

i took the egr off and yeah it throws a code but it doesnt affect anything, except that annoying SES light that glares at you like you just castrated your emissions system
