Hey all. I just had my car dynod last week. Its an LS1 w/ MS4 cam only, LS6 Intake, performabuilt lvl 2 4000 stall, lid, headers to cutout, hotwire walboro 255, 3.23 gears. Now... after I got it tuned it only put down 366hp and 349tq. Doesn't that seem a tad low? I mean first the guy said he couldnt tune my 36lb GTP injectors cuz of some crazy setting with the GTP injectors. but annnyyways. . Then the next day he said oh its ok theyre fine he just didnt recommend them (?). Ok so when I first started and tried it out. It ran OK and I guess, "acceptable". Anyways after cruising a bit the past few days I've been finding it to die occaisionally when I go from drive to reverse and sometimes park to drive. Now i know big cam, but after the almighty dyno tune and it being an automatic. It shouldn't do that. Overall what do you guys think should I have it check again also and maybe I should have stuck with a TSP mail order tune. THANKS.

In my opinion the best and better way to tune a car is in a Dyno. Now if i was you tried to find another tuner with a dyno to tune it. I don't think there is any difference how to tune any 36lbs injectors than the GTP injectors.
Now one question your injectors are new or used?

Mail order tunes have their place.
But a good dyno tune is preferable. Because every car is different.
I would find another tuner with a dyno. Keep in mind that the dyno is a tool. Numbers really don't mean much.
There are MS4 cars that run smooth. It's all in the tune.
I would also try the stock injectors on the next tune. They will max out. But it can rule the 36's as an issue. (I'm maxing out my 28's.)
You could also run a SD tune. A little easier to tune and it will delete the MAF.
