Ordered my 1 7/8" from Matt at TTP and hopefully will install them next weekend. I hear they are a bitc* for the C5 though.
Ps. DONT use antiseize on the bolts as you can easily overtighten (with recommended torque) and strip the threads. Use Loctite 243 or 242 blue

My cated Y-pipe just straight up didn't fit right. Driver's side pipe was too long and pushed the passenger's half too far over. Note: The mounting bracket isn't supposed to line up prefectly on the passenger's side. You should have to pry it, this preloads the Y to help keep from banging. But mine was way too far off and we had to cut about an inch off to get it close enough. That said, the "collector" #1 sits way too close to the tunnel and rubs (was hiting before we trimed the Y) #2 is too long and pushes the cat-back out of it mounting point. Last the pipe bangs the floor board and tunnel, even with the preload.
I know my header's were delayed b/c of a bad batch of Y's. I think I got one of those anyway. If a shop is installing your stuff they'll probably trim up everything and prove clamps, assuming you got one that doesn't fit too. If it bangs, we used a silicone hose off a turbo to cushin the pipe(s).
