It's a 2.5 inch dynatech y pipe that comes with the kit. If i can find a 3 inch y pipe for cheap ill put one on but im not to worried about it. Its a pretty raspy system, but from the inside its not to bad.

Your gonna get rasp without Cats. Quality headers with a catted-y will give you plenty of clearance. I didnt get the TSP system becuase everyone says it doesnt tuck up well.

I had Hooker comp headers with a tsp ory and a corsa catback and it sucked. I hated the way its sounded way to loud with a ton of rasp. What I did to fix it was to have a single high flow cat welded in after the y. After that its no anywhere near as loud with little rasp and it just sounds so much better period.

Before I put the single cat on the car it was loud as hell!!! While driving down the interstate the drone was horrible with the windows up. now the drone is gone and the car is quiet at idle and sounds awesome at WOT. Also when I put the cat on it got rid of the reduction from the merge and the catback.

Corsa is a love/hate thing with me. Absolutely love the sound and looks of the tips, but I think the mufflers are complete junk. I had two Corsa systems at one point. One the muffler baffler came lose inside the case, and my last system, the outlet on the muffler, the weld cracked. Traded for a Borla, and haven't looked back. One thing I will say about Corsa, is they did send me a new muffler the first time. I think its a known issue with the mufflers. I also think, to drop the coin on the catback, they should fix the known issues....Good luck, just wanted to state that, so if it does ever happen to you, you should call and get a replacement. If you didn't register your system, you might want to do so, because they do ask you for that info. At least they did when I called. Search my name on youtube and you should be able to hear sound clips of my 97z with the Corsa. I will try and post a video of my 99 later on for ya.
