TB Removal

Does anyone know where i can get instructions on how to take out my tb without screwing something up?

unclip cables, undo electrical connectors, remove 3 bolts

Its really easy man. Just remove your airbox and stuff off your TB....disconnect ur throttle cable from the the TB and bracket where its being held. Remove the 3 bolts holding it on (1-top 1-each lower corner)....remove the TB...

put the new one one and the reverse of everything....MAKE SURE you adjust ur throttle cable when your done. there is a clip in the middle of the line that allows you to do that. Thats pretty much it...

Would it really be necessary to re-adjust the cable if it was never moved from the original position?

just as a precaution they should be checked to make sure that the blade is opening all the way.

Tip: have a couple of clean bolts or screws to
quickly stick into the coolant hoses when you
slip them off, you will lose less juice and get
less air in the system.
