Default Motor mounts

When I install the LT's, I'm gonna upgrade to some poly mounts at the same time. What's the easiest way to do this? It seems to be a common problem to get the eyelet bolt to line up on the final side. One guy had a way of doing it that involved jacking up the mount, while another guy said he just removed the whole pedestal and the reinstall was easy breezy.

sj, I know you're the one who removed the whole pedestal intead. If you unbolt the whole pedestal, does it all just line up and bolt right back up?

Another believer in taking the whole pedestal out here. Worked for me! Not all of the bolts from the pedestal to the K member lined up, but you can start one or two and rotate it with a pry bar to start the others, then just crank them all down! I also put the thru-bolt in backwards so in the future, if needed, you wouldn't have to move the alternator.

My drivers side bolt was in correctly to do this and the pass side I had to turn around so as to not have to remove the compressor. Good attention to detali BTW...
