Default Fair price for used headers?

Just curious for other opinions.
Whats a fair price for used ceramic coated pacesetters?
What about the pacesetters and a offroad Y that would require welding in t install (it was welded on previously and had to be cut off)
I'm thinking it will cost me around $60-70 to get the Y welded in...

Would be bought locally in NM, so likely no rust.

I've been looking around for headers too, and it looks like it's going to cost 200-300 for a decent set.

I picked up a set of Pacesetters LT for $100 Plus $25 in gas to pick them up(no y pipe). Mine had been coated but in need of a new coating. As she started to sand blast them. So condition will be the biggest factor in price. I think I'm the 3rd owner of the set I have. I opted for little more work ie, cutting and welding off egr and air, Sand blast them, and high temp coating. Since like a lot of people I know I have more time on my hands than Money.

Average rule when I sell stuff is if well used and good condition. I generally strive for 70% of what it cost new. Or if the "going rate" is a large factor, I cannot fight if 10 guys selling the exact same item @ 50% of new, then I gotta play that game.

Pacesetters are already cheap when new, so $100-150?
