01 & 02 LS1 F-body MAF sensor, what size?

Did the 01 & 02 LS1 Fbody have the 75mm MAF, or did they up to the 85mm MAF like in the 2001+ Corvettes?

98-02 have same size MAFs, 75mm.

Sorry to bump a 2 year old thread but are ls1 c5 maf sensors the same as ls1 fbody maf sensors? I know the ls6 had a 85mm maf but I'm wondering about base ls1 c5s

i have a buddy that we just took his stock intake off and realized it was a ls6 maf, and this car is bone stock..makes me wonder if all 01-02 cars that had the ls6 intake come with ls6 maf's too?
