Default Need a new cutout (DMH Rant)

Well my DMH cutout **** the bed a few weeks ago and after countless calls, voicemails and emails to DMH with no response, i just want to go with something else.

1) does anyone know where i could get a replacement motor for my DMH? The cutout itself is fine, its just the motor that is junk

2) If not, who makes a quality cutout for cheap? I was thinking of ordering one of the summit ones

Thoughts?

I was very happy with my dmh cutout until this. How can you run a buisiness and have a customer trying to reach you for weeks at a time and not respond?

Tough luck man, I remember I had trouble ordering mine last year bc his father was having health issues. When he finally got back to me, he was very considerate and apologized for it...doesnt sound like him not to stand behind a product or return a call if something else isn't going on.

Keep trying to get ahold of him, granted he does need to step up the customer service side and answer calls, but he warranties his cut-out so it will be a free replacement.

i understand personal issues and being busy and what not. But 2-3 weeks of constant (very polite and professional) emails, calls, voicemails and i don't get anything? Come on man

People told me to go DMH instead of QTP because of the warranty and customer service....i bought a QTP anyways and its been great! Still works after 3+ years and a lot of use....Thats pretty lame that he won't even respond even though you've left several options for him to step up

If you can't get it figured out I've got a QTP 2.5 cutout I'd be willing to sell.
