Intake temperature
Sure, that can be normal. Many of us have moved the intake air temp sensor to the grill where it sees ambient if you want the intake air temps to be lower. Can also just make sure that the PCM doesn't pull timing until above say 120*F, as long as there is no engine knock (pre-detonation) from 120*F & under. If you have a MAF w/ the intake air sensor contained (can't move it to grill), just do the timing change noted. Regardless, those numbers are about right.

A good cold air setup can keep to maybe 5 degrees above
ambient. But the IAT can be "bent" by its location and the
engine bay heat. Running the fans full time helps, so does
relocation. Mine is up in the cowl vent above the PCM.
