Default Loudmouth question

I searched and searched and couldn't find the answer. I'm going to get the slp loudmouth I but I'm gonna change out the tips. I know it's a 3" exhaust, but what size inlet for the tips bolt right up to it? 2.5" or 3"?

Youll need a pair of 2.5" id tips to replace the originals. Youd be hard pressed to find a nicer set of tips than the ones included with the catback. They are fully polished and stainless with torca clamps.

I don't like the looks of the tips it comes with. They look like truck tips and don't fill up the bumper. I was gonna pick up some 3.5" corsa clones

What tips did you get? The single 3.5" or 4", or the dual/dual?

It's hard to beat those dual/dual tips on a lm.

I haven't purchased it yet. I was probably gonna go with the 4" even though I'm not gonna use them. The dual dual ones are too small

Yeah... Well, as stated, the exhaust tip pipes are 2.5" so any 2.5" tip you find that you like you'll be able to use. For a T/A, I'm partial to the Mecham tips.

I think the single, 4" tips look killer on a TA - if you have a camaro cut the tips off and dump it.

These are going on a TA. Thanks for the help guys. I know a lot of people have the corsa clones but I think they look great. Where in the exhaust does it narrow down to 2.5 inches? That kinda sucks..
