what is needed for 2001 LS1 Fbody to crank without PCM..

Putting in a Holley EFI system... cant get the car to crank over...
I have only removed the Stock PCM and engine(blue/red) harness... everything else is in tact.

Turn the Key... get nothing.
I can bump over the starter by jumping 12v from the battery and it will start and run...
Just no starter from the Key..

what am I missing, or what do I need to add or jumper to make it crank the starter.

Does your car have the VATS system"vehicle anti theft system"? If so that might what is causing your problem.
