I was just wondering how you would do that whistling exhaust off of that one movie... I know some of you have seen it, it's off of Ebaum's World, it talks about welding a piece of metal in the exhaust and it makes a loud whine heard up to a mile away... does anyone know how to do this?!?!?!

I was wondering how to do it to play a joke on my mom me and my friends do stuff like Jackass and mess around with people and i thought it would scare the shyt outta her whne she heard that noise

 

It has to be WELDED on, and no shops will do it for you. You have to make that little piece that goes in the pipe, and then you will have to pay to have it removed, if you get in put in in the first place.
