I know this sounds stupid but did you check the Fuse for the Fuel pump?

and is the filter installed in the correct direction.

Factory fuel pump or aftermarket pump in factory module? I did a Walbro 255 in my stock module years ago and had a very similar issue. Ended up using a piece of rubber hose on the module that was not suitable to be submerged in fuel and a big hole got rotted in it after a while. It would squirt fuel at the filter because there is barely any resistance at that point, but wouldn't build any pressure at the rail at all. Food for thought.

yea i checked the fuse and you can hear it turn on and also pumps fuel. and yes the filter is on the right way (only goes on one way). Keep the ideas comming. I was thinking maybe regulator?

Factory fuel pump....whole assembly

Since you've already verified that you have no pressure at the rails....but DO have it at the filter....I think it's pretty safe to say that it's the FPR.

I hope so there is no way I am going to drop that tank again. Next time I am cutting access panel. But today after work I am going to check if its getting fuel before rails. If it is then it must be the regulator.

Anyone else have this happen? Never had a fpr go before.

finally got it figured out. Took the fuel pump out and while i was taking it out the damn line that goes to the regulator was not attached!!!!!! The 50 cent quick connect line just pulls out, it will click like it connects but you can pull it right off with 2 fingers!!!!!!! I took the whole assembly back as it was still under warenty and amwaiting for a new one. I did put the stock one in just to check and it started right up at 60psi.

So long story short check everything even if its new before you install it. Btw i did the fuel access panel this time cause there was no way i am going through all that crap to get the pump out again!!!! (98 metal tank).

And by the way if anyone dosent know Steve at frost tune is the best!!!!!! Great customer service and tunes!

Glad you sorted it out, that's always a great feeling! I live near Richmond and plan on doing a Frost tune sometime soon.

Tomorrow I will try to disconnect supply line in engine bay to see if fuel is getting to there. any other ideas?

This whole pump assembly only has less than 500 miles on it!!!!!!!
Did you run out of gas? Serious question.
