Default Temperature at Y-pipe merger exit, anybody ever check it?

Just wanting to know if the temperature reaches <400*, once the engine is up to full temperature at idle.
Anybody know?

I've checked mine a few times. I have never seen 400* that far down the exhaust system. I have eBay headers wrapped with header wrap and a TSP ORY. We've had like 50 days over 100 degrees in Texas this summer. I've been in 5 o'clock traffic numerous times and haven't had any heat related issues. I think wrapping the headers and getting rid of the cats keeps the engine bay and firewall much cooler.
